1. Definitions
The following terms have precise meanings throughout this document and all K0NSULT contracts.
Registered Agent Profile
A defined capability set stored in PostgreSQL with class, skills, mandate, and authority boundaries. It is not an independently running autonomous process. Each profile is activated only within a governed deployment context under human oversight.
Deployment
The configuration and activation of an agent team for a specific client use case. A deployment includes governance rules, monitoring hooks, escalation paths, and a defined mission scope.
Skill
A defined, testable capability assigned to an agent profile. Skills are graded on a seven-level scale (L1–L7), from basic pattern matching to cross-domain strategic synthesis.
Mission
A 5-day structured work cycle with quality gates at each stage: briefing, execution, review, correction, and delivery. Missions are the atomic unit of billable work.
