Environment readiness: Staging/production environments provisioned; network access and firewall rules configured.
Human oversight model: Roles and escalation paths defined for AI agent oversight; decision authority boundaries documented.
Audit trail requirements: Logging scope, retention period, and access controls for audit records agreed.
Compliance mapping: Applicable regulations identified (EU AI Act, GDPR, sector-specific); gap analysis completed or planned.
Risk classification: AI use cases classified by risk level; high-risk deployments identified and documented.
SLA requirements: Uptime, response time, and support hours expectations defined and documented.
Escalation path: Internal escalation contacts identified; incident response procedure agreed.
